Predictive Analytics in Motion Control

2ndSight is a new analytics software that runs on a motion controller.  Its ability to detect patterns while the motion controller is running gives one the ability to find simple anomalies in the motion program by detecting actual position, current, and velocity.   2ndSight is an ARCUS Technology product that comes with a new product line called TITAN Controllers.

 

 

Linear motor technology has embedded machine learning algorithms monitoring current, position, and velocity simultaneously asynchronously. This new approach allows for storing and monitoring anomalies within a pre-trained dataset or time period.  ARCUS technology claims a patent pending technology with big impact in the IIOT market sector.
